(2008-0485) Stanage Edge from Higger Tor
This was taken at the end of a chilly walk in January 2008. By the time we had got back to our start near Higger Tor the sun had dropped sufficiently to start to cast a warm light along the length of Stanage Edge. I walked down from the top of Higger Tor to look and took several pictures with a polariser but no tripod. To ensure a stable image I had to increase the camera ISO to 320; the combination of high ISO and Image Stablisation ensured the picture stayed sharp.
