3. A Cottage in Barber Booth

(2008-3231) A Cottage in Barber Booth...
The cottage in Poucher's photograph has long gone and has now been replaced by a more modern building that is hidden behind the trees to the left of this image. The road layout has changed too, making it difficult to even capture the location! A now retired farmer who lives in Barber Booth could remember the cottage very well and explained how the road was altered to bypass Barber Booth using spoil from the railway work nearby.
